  2. Also spending it on a long-lasting roof. Also paid for in present dollars, while future electricity could be $1 per kWh, or who knows, $10. Also possible huge energy sales to the utility over time. Also recoupable in higher home resale value. (Many variables. University training needed to figure it out! 😂)
