  2. The right to protest means the right to stand by the side of the road holding signs and shouting slogans. It doesn't mean a right to break laws, and blocking the road is breaking the law. Civil disobedience is about breaking laws, getting arrested and claiming you're a martyr. It's not about having some sort of right to break laws.
