Brazil: "Fine, we'll put him on the Supreme Court."
46
Polls are fascinating but it will come down to two things: (1) Which side's supporters actually turn out to vote, and (2) The integrity of the actual ballots and counting. Either of these two factors can easily trump actual candidate popularity. (No pun intended, it's just the right word.)

Didn't belong in law school. Got in. Didn't belong in the law profession. Got admitted to the bar. Didn't belong on the bench. Got hired as a judge. Didn't Earn It. Any of it. So take it away. All of it.
23
Yeah, it can make one kind of really gross into another kind of really gross.

@DxModel219 (1) You're wrong. I guess you haven't watched it. It wasn't till Dr. K declined to stop recording that Mr. Shouty stepped in. You're completely wrong. (2) YT has now removed the video on privacy grounds.🙄 Happy?

Don't let the CEO retire. Fire him immediately. The bank needs to go back to its Scots-Canadian roots and ethics which served it and its customers well for multiple lifetimes.
13
I'm supposed to believe that pretty little thing commits crimes? 😂
10
It is unrelated to voting or the election.
10
Can you imagine, such a marvellous person has an enemy who would turn her in?🤣

Squatter's rights tho 😄

I am Vladimir Putin and I approve this post.
8
You're taking it for granted that this creature is fully human, it seems.🤔
8
"Vote"?
7
Total waste of time for everyone who clicked, making the mistake of trusting a NY Post video title.
7
Explain how this is related to the election.
7
They are. Many Norwegians and Canadians drive Teslas. In fact, there's a feature for dealing with a frozen door handle, the Unlatch Door Feature. You just tap a button on your phone. No need to touch the handle.
7
Fine for you, but I'm sure Jimmy Carter isn't glad at all.😢
6
@miki_9034 But it's not a problem unique to Tesla handles. Every car door has a handle which can be immobilized in ice. So if a Tesla handle gets iced up, it's actually easier to deal with than a regular handle, because it doesn't have to be defrosted for someone to get into their car. And if their phone is lost or dead, they can warm the handle up as with any car.

@brombromsmuva9215 In the US, generally the primary factors are intent and consent. Assault generally requires: (1) An intentional act by the perpetrator; (2) Lack of consent from the victim. A touch must be intentional and unwanted to potentially qualify as assault. And yes, touching or grabbing an item someone is holding (like an umbrella) or wearing (like a camera on a strap) can potentially be considered assault. Additional factors (e.g. harm, reasonable fear of harm, offences against social norms of touching) will depend on state laws.

I don't see how that showed him to be unstable or ineffective. Fatigue, hunger, or whatever, appears to have caused him to come near to fainting onstage. It happens occasionally and means little.
6
I keep forgetting he's still alive.
5
Unlatch Door Feature: Tesla has an "Unlatch Door" feature in its mobile app, allowing owners to open the driver’s side door without physically touching the handle. This feature can be particularly helpful if the handle is frozen shut. It minimizes the risk of damage to the handle caused by forceful attempts to open it.
5
@Roguearmy1911 You cleared that up👏
5
@Dusty-McDusterson Absolute tons of English words we use every day come from things that are no longer around. "Outdated" isn't the word for them.
5
@joskowal3711 Prison is not there to help you, nor should it be.

Also a leading cause of ED.

If she's "an award-winning journalist," why is she pictured as a weather-thingy? Also, I don't see why we're being treated to a list of her and her lawyer's claims. We can assume they're 100% self-serving. But I'll agree $71k does sound low.

He's been spotted at Columbia University being given a warm welcome, a tour of campus, and a PhD complete with two-year fellowship.
4
Sounds like a typical case of government overreach.
4
You mean everything.

They'll say anything, they'll do anything. They're Emmess Knutt Barr Central.

@kellyconnell8003 The batteries have an 8-year warranty. Replacement after warranty costs $7-15k for Models 3 and Y, incl. labor. Depends on battery size. As for recycling, Tesla's recycling efforts ensure that 100% of its discarded lithium-ion batteries are recycled, adhering to a zero-waste-to-landfill policy. Sorry you asked?

Already been offered jobs by HR at Google.

His highest educational attainment is a high school diploma.

When people who aren't smart try to pretend they're smart, you get clips like this.

"Furry"? Seriously?

Let's all pay tribute to that brave chair with a moment of, uh, silence.
4
Least shocking of all, also contains high levels of lint.

@kjs_photo5383 <---"[Trump] had foreign leaders actually laughing at him to his face during his presentation to the United Nation." [sic] Nope, not "foreign leaders." They were mid-level German diplomats, laughing at the idea that the Nordstream 2 pipeline was a dangerous mistake.

Never go to lunch at the house of a playwright by yourself.
3
That's not just embarrassing oddness or foolishness. It's the sign of a dangerous mental malady having to do with personal identity. The liberal media is complicit in whitewashing this sign of danger. Which is exactly what they did to downplay the mental decline of Joe Biden.
3
The eyebrows at 30 sec. 🤣 Those things would be effective at preventing pregnancy...by keeping the boys away.
3
The term "Gen Z professionals" gets me laughing.

Correction: In space, Boeing is the upstart, not Space X. SpaceX is the world's biggest and most important space company by far. By some crucial measures it is bigger than all the rest in the world combined. SpaceX is valued at $210bn. Boeing, all its divisions combined, is worth $107bn.
3
He was bad as he wanted to be.
3
She was laughing. She didn't sound terrified to me. They looked like harmless guys who thought they were funny (but weren't).
3
@michaellim4165 Thanks. Doesn't make any real sense (once a livestream ends, it's no longer a livestream, but a video, and so it belongs in the list of videos) but no doubt you're right.
3
Bullied him, shouted him down. Cut him off just to prevent him from making his point. Tell me, are we any less harmed and oppressed by our corporate media than the Soviet people were by Tass, Pravda and Izvestia?....
