  6.  @reaseancavana994  Wrong. "Ok?" commonly means "Is that all right with you?", which isn't something an arresting officer needs to or ought to say to a suspect. If an acknowledgment is needed, "Do you understand?" will do nicely, and has nothing of the air of a waiter in a restaurant about it.

But if you are blind you are granted a discount. The fine for not paying is a maximum of ￡1,000. If you don't pay it you can go to prison.

  9. I'm with Potato Joe on this one. What's he gonna say? "No, he's not a dictator"? He is a dictator. He knows it, his country knows it, everyone in the world knows it. It's no worse than saying only women are women. Blinken thinks his job just got harder but I don't think it makes a difference. There's no point in trying to get Xi Jinping to like the US government. None.

You yourself provide assistance to actual bullies by degrading the meaning of the word 'bullying.' I would be surprised if you don't do the same thing for racists by debasing the currency of the word 'racist.'
