  10.  @mak2675  (1) It was someone else's statement, not mine. (2) You're hazy on what doublethink is. It's not about mere paradoxical thoughts or claims. Consult a good dictionary. (3) The statement wasn't even particularly paradoxical. Consider police stations, which are all about the use of force, yet their purpose is largely to reduce violence. Not exactly one for Bertrand Russell to throw on the pile. (His pastime was collecting paradoxes.)
