  2. It's a war, and civilians inevitably die in wars.  And it's in an urban area, where the civilian casualty rate is historically higher. Yet the rate in the Gaza War appears to be low for urban warfare. I think you should complain to those whose Oct. 7 atrocities ignited the war.
