They are under a peace treaty with us. The reason for this, is European greed. They couldn’t just visit us. Now you actually think you have some sort of rights here. You don’t. Europeans are committing crimes against humanity here in North America. Name another place it’s ok to pretend the people of that land don’t matter, and you start a European government on our land.   2. If it was illegal for him to carry a gun, then he is guilty for anything that happens while “illegally” carrying that gun. Since he brought it and carried it illegally, then that proves “intent”. Anything else doesn’t matter. GUILTY!
