I know your trying to say he had a gun and fired at them. I’m speaking of the beginning. He was walking down the street. The cop then turns on the lights and gets out and shouts commands. The man may have had a gun. But if he did, he definitely did not pull it out before being unloaded on. Within seconds the criminal cop opens fire. The man then was trying to defend his life. What did you see?
