Dorian Edwards it depends, if you are a high skilled scientist maybe, but developing markets are often very rewarding when it comes to business opportunities, it's risky but sometimes it's worth it just because it's a wild wild east many smart asses are afraid and move West to be "compensated properly" so the competition becomes so limited that you can make a lot of money if you are ready to take risks and work in a corrupt environment.

  2. Cykra Kavics good point, I wouldn't believe it he said many things like "retirement age won't change as long as I am the president" he lied. He promised to take pressure off small business and it only got worse.

  5. its private that's bs Russia is not North Korea, I am sceptical but Russia still has some capacity similar to Chinese I think, at least 2-3 facilities capable of research viruses and producing vaccines of that caliber. I'm just worried country's political ambitions could lead to some risky decisions ahead of reasonable timeline.
