Jeffrey Bozko cool, if you can have a liveable space for EUR500 with average salaries like 2000-3000 a month it's cool because in Russia it's usually about 50% of local median salary, in Moscow median salary is something like $1000(and average is always like 30%more) so liveable apartment in good condition starts at $500 per month.
