Taxes is not that straightforward though, first if you have an average Russian salary of $600 per month it's 13% personal tax but in many developed countries salary that low is not even taxable, second , your employer is paying something like 43% to be able to pay you your $600 per month minus 13%....I would prefer people paying more and businesses(at least independent small and medium sized)paying less so people demand more for their taxes from the government, but government crooks don't like that idea.

  5. Lysets vokter yes you are the best(Scandinavia, Finland, The Netherlands Baltics are catching up ) but it's mostly because you consuming English language content from young age. If you live in a major language country like Russia Spain or France you just less exposed to English if you don't use it everyday in your work.
