Game-Caliber well women tend to overdress that's true , but tasteless overdressing is often criticized and made fun of in Russia itself, I don't see much of expensive furs or something in my everyday life in Moscow now, maybe some corrupt officials and their wife are kinda dressing flamboyant going to French ski resorts or something but not regular russians now LOL. Being talkative - I don't know, I feel like Russians are kinda reserved at first, I often talk more with some Americans or Australians than my fellow Ruskis when I travel.

Christopher Coonan possession of 6 grams or less is a fine/no criminal offense but it's more complicated than that, if you pass your joint to your friend it doesn't matter if it is 1 gram or 6, it is considered "distribution" a criminal offense, anyway I wouldn't trust law enforcement to abide law in Russia, they could find "intent of distribution" in your actions , they can falsify the evidence if they want the judge will turn a blind eye on any bs they gonna present. nfkrz had a video about this problem.

  10. You can smile with strangers too but you have to like crack a joke or something first, if you smile silent at a stranger it's just weird most smiles won't be returned in this case, it's not a part of "being polite" like in America.
