  1. IshiAza Ishev those kind of apartments are usually about 50% of local median salary so it's $400 per month, and average salary is about 30% higher than that. In Moscow you can rent the similar place for $450-500(outskirts of the city though).

  2. The Witcher 3 Misc you are very optimistic he probably makes about $200-300 from YouTube and $500-600 from another related sources(ridge wallets and other sht). Not sure about his Patreon money. You are also totally wrong about moving somewhere to the West because his "shithole" environment is making him interesting for the majority of his viewers. No one would watch Bald and Bankrupt if he was a regular travel vlogger visiting the most touristy places.

  3. MrUbuntuking it's really depends on your age and social class, many city youngsters , hipsters and white collars don't drink at all or barely drink some beer once a blue moon. But if you are a 40+ blue collar and live in a small town or some villager, you probably a heavy drinker. I live in Moscow and I see only a few drunks maybe once a week or something.

Anton because people don't want to invest much into property they don't own, above your monthly rent, money or time, plus the rent is not that secure it's not like you can live 20-50 years paying the same amount you agreed upon 50 years back(I heard those stories about NYC), you can be asked out anytime even if you don't delay your monthly payments even a for a day.
