I’m not an anti-vaxx but the big guys definitely use the situation to tighten their grip and control over civil society(just like that infamous “war on terror” that has nothing to do with terrorism) and Putin is no different here then those “western leaders”, though Russian society itself has way less trust in their government so those clowns are reluctant to annoy people much.
