  1. As a Russian I really don’t get why some western conservatives like today’s Russia. Aside from not having things like “woke” and LGBT “agenda” there is not much in Russia that looks like healthy pragmatic American conservatism. There are more important things that American conservatives should hate - invasive government…state dominant economy, no rule of law, questionable property rights, propaganda averywhere etc.
