  1. What’s the problem with this? Some ethnic Kazakhs don’t speak Kazakh. A lot of ethnic Russians in southern Kazakhstan like Kyzylorda and Shymkent speak Kazakh because it’s good for business.

  2. You can blame the Russians who don’t want to sacrifice their lives to stop the war all you want but it’s like to complain about the weather. Authoritarian systems just work like that you can’t force the Russians to act and sacrifice their life and freedom by shaming them across the intrnet. Russian gonna act only when the system weakens before that it’s just a suicidal behaviour. That great the west has spoon fed Putin for 20 years they didn’t care about civil rights or checks and balances in Russia and now they blame regular Russians that just want to live their lives.

If you are talking about Russia as a whole as a system that kinda falls back to it’s negative historical track your words might have some value but when you start talking about the “Russians” your words are loosing credibility just because Russians are very different from each other and have different values you just see them in one colour because of your historical perception and stereotypes maybe because of your lack of understanding how authoritarian regimes work.
