  1. Year if you doing business in Russia you are a criminal by default and totally dependent on a goodwill of government related authorities. That’s by design if just can’t obey the laws and feel secure. You are forced to be a “criminal” to stay on a hook forever. Any business activity can be viewed as a “fraud” if they want.

  2.  @StArShIpEnTeRpRiSe do you realised only a few countries introduced ban of Russian passport holders for visiting for touristic purposes(Baltic States, Poland , Czech R, Finland(not sure about that one) but since it’s a Schengen area you can cross the Schengen border in Austria or Germany for example and then buy a ticket to Poland or Czech R. there are no regular border control inside of that Schengen Area.

Russia is quickly becoming ultra Kafka-esque idiotic country that forces people to show off their “patriotism” and even those people who are really kinda patriotic(beyond the war in Ukraine) realize that most people just want money and to be left alone 99% don’t believe in all that BS and most only formally comply for a mythical chance to be left alone.
