  2. Why do you think the IRS couldn't reach him in France? They have a history of Russians extradited to the US...just like almost any European country. Probably countries like Hungary and Serbia could say no to your extradition to the US if you have serious Russian MFA connections.

  3. Bernadino Boru Israel has a history of extradition of it's own citizens to the United States, not to mention Russians or Americans. If you a Russian with Israeli passport though you can successfully resist to your extradition to Russia.

  4. samsa deniz so what? they extradited Russians to the US even without serious proofs they been guilty, that's a fact, if they has given an asylum to some dude doesn't mean they won't extradite anyone.
