Good video overall but as an ethnic Russian from Siberia(descendant of one of the first colonists) I would like to notice that most of local minorities(well in many places like Tuva or Buryatia the “minorities” are actually an overwhelming majority) are way more loyal to Moscow than those “ethnic russians” of independent professions that live in Siberian urban centers. So I wouldn’t say the nationalist movements is a big deal in Siberia(sure they are kinda “suppressed” but still those ethnic Russians/Ukrainians living in Siberia often have more independent views and many national minorities usually follow propaganda.

  2. The war will go on this same way it’s now until Putin’s death. It’s obvious he understand force only and the west isn’t ready to make him uncomfortable by providing more and more aid to Ukraine every month. They stop or limit military aid from time to time so Putin always has a new hope. So if his resources are drying up the less and less aid gonna be provided to Ukraine to keep Putin busy and not desperate enough to do something stupid, OK?

  3. Russia doesn’t want “peace”. Putin wants to stay in power. If he considers those risks of situation in Russia getting outta control because the war gonna continue MORE SIGNIFICANT than risks of doing with aftermath of the war he gonna negotiate. I don’t think so. He thinks the country is able to wage current war without any significant risks for him and the west doesn’t want to risk to make him desperate and force him to make mistakes.

  4. I think some talking points in this video is wrong. The “West” doesn’t buy any Russian narratives they just want a status quo they don’t want the consequences of Russia losing so quickly it becomes unpredictable. They don’t care much if Ukraine loses and become a Russian sphere of influence but they still need this conflict as a smokescreen to manipulate their “masses”.
