  1. The war will go on this same way it’s now until Putin’s death. It’s obvious he understand force only and the west isn’t ready to make him uncomfortable by providing more and more aid to Ukraine every month. They stop or limit military aid from time to time so Putin always has a new hope. So if his resources are drying up the less and less aid gonna be provided to Ukraine to keep Putin busy and not desperate enough to do something stupid, OK?

  2. Russia doesn’t want “peace”. Putin wants to stay in power. If he considers those risks of situation in Russia getting outta control because the war gonna continue MORE SIGNIFICANT than risks of doing with aftermath of the war he gonna negotiate. I don’t think so. He thinks the country is able to wage current war without any significant risks for him and the west doesn’t want to risk to make him desperate and force him to make mistakes.
