I've lived in this country for some time and I realized it never gonna be as comfortable as Europe in our lifetime so we should take example from our elites - make money the way you can and leave until your property is seized by some guys with better connections. Patriotism is an outdated concept , if other governments provide better conditions for us we should be cynical and support them instead with our money and effort, we should support efficiency in general it's evolution, if my country is too lazy about developing people's potential it should pay the price.
