#8: No. I'd encourage women to do exactly what they want to do. To encourage them to think long and hard what their preferences are and that the preferences were developed as a result of personal critical reflection. Wanna do maths? Go do maths. Art? Go do art. Philosophy? Go do philosophy etc. It goes for men as well, but... hey, the question was not framed that way. If a man wants to be a nurse or some other job stereotypically linked to women, he should do that.
