They really didn't

@politikz8128 Vikings never had dreads my guy do your research you will see several videos proving my point.

@jessapumpkin facts these people don't get it they are ignorant to the truth you go to Europe, India, China or Latin America no one there has locs why is that? Because it isn't apart of their culture just because every culture had them at one point in time doesn't mean your people appreciate the roots or history behind that hairstyle or culture that enslaved and affected millions of people.
1
@sandravermeulen9729 no they didn't that is a misconception they don't even look like dreads
1
@alexmac9305 nobody has dreads in India so that's cap they originated in Egypt and now modern day Rastafarian Jamaica
1
@thefrustratedneetaspirant7777 🐂💩 cap
1
@angeiang7006 hair is not hair hair is an extension of your body, culture, tradition, spirit, history and identity you are very ignorant that's like me saying a home is just a home or a car is just a car it has value on the market and in our communities.

@mystermont2019 you don't understand nun about culture appropriate you are just talking shit about something you know nun about you're the one who needs to cope I can see why people don't respect you.
1
@CPoppaB1tch not true it's a lifestyle you don't understand what u don't know
1
@millennialwatchman6703 no they haven't and you are wrong they originated in Africa in Egypt for thousands of years you couldn't be further from the truth. Africa is the most diverse continent in the world you go to most African countries the majority of women in those countries have braids same with Jamaica. You go to Europe no one in Europe has box braids or braids at all so it is very uncommon for a white person to have African hair styles. White people don't even appreciate it or like it so why on earth are they wearing something that doesn't belong to them? They need to stay in their own place.

@Rightonright no they didn't
1
@Rightonright No man it's not the same dreads came from black people and white people striped us of our culture before and after slavery so we came up with our own culture I don't want to hear your nonsense or excuses. White people don't even look cool or attractive with locs the same people who persecuted us and told us our locs look dreadful are the same people who are trying to culture appropriate our hair style how ironic isn't it? Most white people don't even like black hairstyles, and black people have faced hair discrimination at school and in the workplace for decades and till this day, so I don't want to hear your lame ass excuses. Fire works and loutton bags are 2 different things compared to hair to you guys. You just look at it as hair, but to us, it has historical value and shapes our identity, something you know nothing about. Culture appropriation is trying to steal or imitate someone's culture for attention. Culture appreciation is when you embrace and appreciate that person or a group of people's culture, so learn the difference!

@Rightonright I don't feel like arguing or debating with you because everytime I post something on here, I can't see my comments, so believe what you want to believe.

Culture appropriation isn't racism you claiming that your hair style belongs to white people is racism when in fact it doesn't.
1
@KimberlyLetsGo yes we do
1
@meou_meou I disagree
1
@meou_meou we created all these hair styles that you wear on your head so you should be appreciating it for your own benefit
