  4. ​ @kidfox3971 black people were pushed out of suburban communities into bad communities because of racial covenants which prevented them from getting fha loans in the 1930s to 1960s so white investors and conservatives didn't want to invest into the communities no more which is why they are poor. They couldn't afford to send their kids into nice schools because they were too poor compared to whites.
