  7. there is no need of investigation people become totally unbothered in the starting of year were keeping large gatherings in the name of festival , religion , ceremony the govt fault is only that , it was not ready for this huge crisis about 350,000 per day it's not easy for any country to hold medical treatment to all of this simultaneously.
