For me it is not FUTURESTIC but rather FEUDALISTIC ! -meaning the side of the properties and houses. ....but I live in Europe so..., it is on overly smal can get depending where you live and expensis. These houses is a bit overboad a bit some of them as all the maintaning cost could used BETTER future build, and get the houses a bit smaler even when it is still big.
