  9. because if you have it one bill than you always can say that you need the money all of them becuase this and that has to be done local in the US but if you have two bills than it is already given that you have to give aid to foreign countries.... The European countries eastern Europe said they do not give money to Ukraine because they simply can not afford it and do not have the found for it. but if you have two bill it means there is obligation for to have money for other nations.

IF Israel and the US is back off on it Kim ( arm force play boy as it is pictured ) maybe he is not maybe he is but than Kim would feel safer maybe he could spend a bit more on their people and their happines and health on all nivo.
