  49. This whole NATO thing after a peace 'deal' is a red herring, Russia just wants the door to stay open for another attack in the future. If everybody was secure with Russia being truthful then there would be no issue joining NATO because Russia would never attack and Article 5 would not be invoked right? Somebody knows Russia intends to attack again after any peace deal.
