  1. I worked in London in uniform for a large organisation. They ran a huge diversity programme for ages. Boxes to tick and had to up the amount of ethnic minorities. After a huge amount failed their training and went away they were recalled and employed anyway. We had to carry them through their duties as they didn't seem to know what they were doing. I went to my boss and told him that I was not going to have them with me to train them 'on the job' so to speak. I wasn't being paid for training them and I wasn't even a trainer. They didn't seem to be able to carry out even the simplest of tasks. The bosses weren't happy with me but I could see that they were relying on good will of the regular staff to carry them.

It makes me really concerned for all of us when the most powerful man behaves like this and in front of cameras for the world to see ! It was like a school room brawl !
