Once when I was a kid, I was swinging a cheap rapier around in my front yard when the blade broke loose, went flying across the street over traffic, and embedded itself in a telephone pole about a foot and a half behind an old lady shuffling home with a cart full of groceries.

I learned aikedo from Takeshi Kimeda and kendo from Hanshi Shintani and Ron Mattie at the Japanese Cultural Centre of Hamilton Ontario, and Gogu Ryu from Rick Joslin and Don Warner. Don't be a one trick pony.

There was a ruckus some time back when a recipe for what was basically lasagne without the tomato sauce found in the cookbook of the royal chef of Richard II or one of the other early Norman kings of England.

I ordered an EOS clone red dot sight from China in April. There was no expedited delivery, so snail mail was the only option. When I made the order I received an email that said. Thanks, your order has been confirmed. Delivery will be between June 11th and August 24th. I have never heard of a 2 and a half month window for a parcel delivery. I thought the cable guy was bad.

In the 19th century, Japanese people were considered white, while the Irish were still not considered as such, with cultural and economic development factors being the traits considered, as opposed to simply the hue of a person's skin colour.

In the old Anglo Saxon language the human male was referred to as "weremen" in compliment to the female derivative "woman". Hence the terminology referring to a guy who changes into a wolf on the full moon as being a "werewolf". It is the male of the human species that no longer has a gender specific vernacular. So modern feminists, when they conjure up nonsensical non-words like "womxyn" or "wimmin" are fighting an etymological battle that was won for them 1000 years ago without their knowledge at the Battle of Hastings by a wereman named William the Conqueror, and it would be greatly appreciated by all if they would just shut up about it now.
