  2. He lost sight of Martin because Martin took off running, it was also dark and raining. It’s kind of hard to follow somebody who you can’t even see. Martin made it to within 60 feet of his front door, if he had felt threatened he could’ve just went inside and locked the door. Instead he turned around and walked 100 yards back to where Zimmerman stood.

  3. Absolutely. Like many other similar cases, Leftists (and their cohorts in the media) tried to make this case exclusively about racism, and when you do that you have already lost. The medical examiner also determined that the bullet fired at Martin was fired from close range (not from 20+ feet away as Martin’s legal team and supporters tried to say) thus further strengthening the case for self-defense.
