  3. In some states the speed limit on the interstate is 75. If I'm going 73, that means I'm "under" the speed limit. Is 73 too slow for you?

  4.  @greenmanjph  people that drive "too slow"...nobody will argue with you that someone driving too slow can pose a danger, the only issue here is what constitutes "too slow"...if the speed limit is 65 and you're driving 64, apparently that's too slow for some schmuck like Hailey
