@SlashDashPro "Proabably because women rarely hurt men physically while countless women end up dead or in the ER every day" --> apparently this moron "sportsbikesandterps" has never heard of...Jodi Arias? Aileen Wuornos? Lorena Bobbitt? Someone please tell me she is just trolling.

Melodie Frances you’re entitled to your own opinion, but you’re not entitled to your own facts. The reason you’re not able or willing to accept the facts in this case is because they are inconvenient for you and don’t fit your liberal, feminist narrative. I myself have been physically assaulted by women on two different occasions and (for several reasons) felt powerless to retaliate or defend myself. Yeah, men are victims of domestic violence too, believe it or not.

Melodie Frances oh, and did I forget to mention Shayna Hubers? But she’s just another “exception”...right?

Melodie Frances what exactly is a “stats game” praytell?

Melodie Frances then there’s Blanche Taylor Moore...another “exception” 😁

Melodie Frances if you agree with me (which you seem to) then why are you being such a snot about this? And not just with me but with a number of other posters on this thread. You started this back-and-forth. I’m glad you feel the way you do (assuming you are sincere about what you’ve written) but when you said that those three women were “exceptions” it made it sound as though you were discounting the argument that women can commit assault and battery as well. I would advise you to lay off the ad hominem attacks, you’re going to have a very hard time at life if you get so snippy at anyone who doesn’t share the same viewpoint as you and start accusing them of being “weirdos” or not getting any. Not everyone is going to agree with you kiddo, it’s a hard fact you’re gonna need to come to terms with.

@melodiefrances3898 there's nothing misogynistic at all about the OP. It's not women that he is angry with, it's the inconsistent standards to which men and women are held. Here, watch this clip (...skip ahead to 1:40). This is from the 2003 film Sideways . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLDrW2AXClk We're not talking about a simple slap on the cheek. The woman is beating him with a 4-pound motorcycle helmet, which weighs about the same as a baseball bat and which could seriously injure a person in real life. Now try and imagine what audience reaction would've been had the roles been reversed and it were a man doing this to a woman (...on a related note, plenty of women cheat in relationships too, yet Hollywood and popular culture tends to make men look like the only ones who do it). That is the kind of thing I am sick of.
