@Lilysmum you can tell this is definitely not her first rodeo judging by how versed she is in the 4th Amendment...she has had a lawyer or two teach her this, which makes me wonder what other crimes this piece of trash committed before this. Probably theft, fraud or something drug-related.

@Justice-ef9sk My guess is the only lawyers she ever comes into contact with are the public defenders occassionally assigned to her ...not just "occasionally". Quite often would be MY guess. This definitely ain't her first rodeo judging by how familiar she seems to be with the 4th Amendment and search warrants. And she'll have a long and fruitful life in both the justice and welfare systems.

The fact that she kept bringing up search warrants, you can tell this is not her first rodeo with the law. She's probably been accused of so many crimes in the past and had to deal with so many defense attorneys that she's an expert in the Fourth Amendment by now.

@bruisersdilemma354 not only that, he gave the thieves a chance to destroy the evidence and/or make an escape. That girl wasn’t just “passing by” like she claimed. She was involved in the theft and was on her way back to her brother to help him cover his tracks.

@MJ just because you’re placed under arrest doesn’t mean you have to spend the night in jail. The police may simply issue you a citation and release you. And why would you even CARE about that possibility? Do you expect to be arrested soon? Personally I’d say the police had pretty damn good reason to conduct their search seeing as how the Airtag thing was pinpointing their location for the dude’s stolen backpack. To answer your question…YES, you have to go through the inconvenience. If the arrest turns out to be wrongful or if a judge determines your rights were violated, then you can sue and win damages $$$ and enjoy a nice vacation in the Bahamas. You DON’T get to behave like a pissant or act like a deranged lunatic and resist arrest like the hoodrat in this video just because you have a chip on your shoulder and hate cops and think laws don’t apply to you. And if you think America’s justice system is so unfair (you crybaby) why don’t you try living in Saudi Arabia where they cut your hand off for stealing. Or Singapore where they cane you just for vandalism. Or Iran where they hang you for being a homosexual. Or Indonesia where they execute you for drugs.
