95% of the time, the reason why people (like him) resist arrest and/or flee from police is because they have prior records and are afraid of going to jail, such as if it’s a repeat offense or parole violation. I can guarantee you that this was the case here. There’s no other reason in the world to flee from them or fight them, though they will lie and claim they felt “scared” or threatened.

@kevingarth6682 I’ve never seen an innocent person run from police (…are you reading this O.J. Simpson?) If anything, if I were ever falsely accused of a crime I’d be running toward the police in an attempt to clear my name and preserve my reputation. Or if one of my loved ones were the victim of a crime I’d be camping out at the police station (with a sleeping bag and fresh pairs of underwear if necessary) to offer whatever help I could and also to keep up to the minute with the investigation. @stephenthomas1492 criminals are treated as victims and vice versa. In some cases, criminals (eg. George Floyd, Jacob Blake) criminals are treated as heroes.

@WarmongerYT yes, that's very true. But some of them will actually swallow their drugs if they're cornered with nowhere to run or hide and nowhere to throw their drugs away. This is what happened with George Floyd.
