We need martial law nationwide. Like in the movies. I am more than willing to accept restrictions on freedom in exchange for personal safety, respect of property and property rights, a clean environment and economic stability.

@Flip-Da-Script you're part right, part wrong. Yes, it's definitely a lack of good parenting. But these stupid kids also have to take some responsibility themselves. Don't they have homework? Athletic practice? Can't they go to a movie or mini golfing? Instead of running around like crazed madmen?
