  1. Neither Lightfoot nor Foxx care about black-on-black violence. They. Don’t. Care. In fact they are willing to tolerate further deaths of young blacks because it gives them something to blame on Republicans and “thyth-temic rathism”. Lightfoot proved this when she refused an offer by Donald Trump to send federal agents to Chicago to help stem the violence.
