  3. I live on the far north side and wonder the same thing. My mail is being delivered at 7:30PM some nights. When I lived in North Dakota my mail was always up by no later than 10-10:30AM.

  4. Kim Foxx won't be able to touch this case. Shooting a postal worker makes it a federal crime. U.S. attorneys won't go easy on this guy/gal no matter WHAT his melanin content.

Last year I got a decent tax refund from the federal government and it got wiped out because somehow I wound up OWING Illinois on top of all the money they'd been withholding all year. A 5 percent flat income tax rate hurts when you're only making $32K a year.
