One thing I learned in a tort law class was that anything you post on social media can and will be used against you in court. This is what's known as the "Third Party Rule". I imagine this should, theoretically, help his case. [Disclaimer: not a lawyer]

But since you clearly were first in your class at Harvard Law genius, why don't you make a prediction for his chances of winning and lay out his case for us? By the way, you better not be some clown from the UK or NZ because I'm not gonna get into a discussion about the American legal system with some Brit or Kiwi.
