Some people will say ”If only the prosecution had had that photo during the trial” …it wouldn’t have mattered worth a damn. Those 12 idiot jurors had already made up their minds long before deliberations began. You could’ve filmed the murders with a Sony camcorder and it wouldn’t have changed the jury’s mind one iota.

@tamaramartin4015 I saw an interview with Denise Brown (Nicole’s sister) where she said she thought the jury was going to be hung. This would’ve still meant that Simpson walked, but at least it would’ve shown some of the jurors had intelligence or common sense.

@tamaramartin4015 regarding the gloves: I don’t know if you remember but a few years ago, a story came out about a doctor who had been friends with Johnny Cochran. The doctor said in an interview that he had tipped off Cochran that Simpson, who was taking arthritis medication at the time of the trial, could cause his hands to swell if he skipped his daily dosage. It is now believed that Cochran told Simpson not to take his arthritis meds on the day that he tried on the gloves. This would explain why Cochran was so eager for the prosecution to ask Simpson to try on the gloves in front of the jury. Remember how he repeatedly dared Christopher Darden to ask for this.

@tamaramartin4015 funny thing is that under different circumstances, I would’ve been skeptical of such a story. But now I think back to how excessively eager Cochran was for the prosecution to ask Simpson to try on those gloves. I mean, Cochran practically BEGGED the prosecution to do this. That’s what makes me have such a strong gut feeling that the story was true.

@Soonerking the main reason Simpson was found liable in the civil trial is because the burden of proof in a civil trial is much, much lower than it is in a criminal trial, which requires guilt beyond any reasonable doubt.
