@joziequervoyo you say racism isn’t an excuse and then in the same breath you proceed to blame it for all the problems you experience at work, and the fact that you applied for a job and didn’t get it. You sound like you’re much younger than me (even though I’m sure you’ll lie and say you’re 50) so let me give you some advice, kid: you need to pull your head out of your ass. You will be rejected for a LOT of jobs that you apply to in your lifetime, and you will encounter a LOT of co-workers who don’t like you and treat you like crap. It’s a reality of life that you need to get used to. You will also be fired from at least one job in your life (everybody has including me, and anyone who says differently is lying). I absolutely agree that racism should never be an excuse for lack of success, but that is what people on the Left believe and want everyone else to believe.
