  2. You think so, huh. I don't see this woman ever getting off her druggg habit. 34 years old and in that state? Most drrug rehab programs are outpatient anyway, and in a lot of cases the criminal simply stops showing up to their treatment sessions and walks right out of the facility. This woman will go right back to the streets and start stealing packages again to finance her addiction. I have zero sympathy for her but even less sympathy for those Leftist residents who vote for this nonsense.
