  2. Sean Beckwith are you an idiot? This jerk comes out onto the street and tells the camerman to stop filming. There are cameras EVERYWHERE in public in this day and age -- no one has any reasonable expectation of privacy on a public right of way. Go ask a lawyer if you don't believe me.

Sean Beckwith well fellow Sean the cameraman looked like he was standing outside of the property, on a public right of way, and that douchebag walked out into the public right of way to create an unpleasant confrontation...filming private property from a public right of way is legal as long as you don't encroach...filming people in public is legal too, and if that guy didn't want to be filmed all he had to do was walk away back onto the property
