I’m sorry but we’ve allowed Moammar Qadafy to the UN. We’ve allowed Fidel Castro there, we’ve allowed Nikita Khrushchev. What makes this any different?

@TomFord864 the whole point of the UN is diplomacy, and trying to avoid armed conflict. Granting some foreign leader a C-2 visa (so he/she can speak at the UN or attend a General Assembly) does not mean we support or endorse them or their regime. It’s just giving them a chance to state their case and hopefully achieve peaceful resolutions to disagreements.
