  3.  Rip Cord  I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone so underqualified being so heavily promoted for national office than Stacey Abrams. She’s done nothing except a couple of terms as a state rep, she LOST a governor’s race by 50,000 votes, and then the media start floating her name as Biden’s Veep when even Sleepy Joe himself never once had her under any serious consideration.
