We had a recession in 1991 under your and your boss' watch, and GDP growth in 1993 (the year you left office) was only 2.7%. The only time we even got CLOSE to a 6% growth rate was during the late 1990s under Bill Clinton. And stop blaming Ross Perot for losing the '92 election. It was the economy, stupid.
