The border states don't get any notification when illegal immigrants decide to show up in their state and start demanding free healthcare, free housing and enrolling their kids in local schools. You should have free apartments and houses ready at all times for these poor illegal migrants, so what difference should notification make? You sound to me kind of racist Mary.
