@TacoTomtheBomb so basically they were trying to rob her. I tell you what, I live in Chicago and we have Divi bikes here and they are constantly getting stolen. I see many young men in their late teens/early 20s) wheeling them into the subway stations. Supposedly thieves will make a reservation with one using a stolen credit card, and then never return the bike. Which makes it difficult when paying customers come along and there are no bikes left for rental.

What were the young black men's motives? Were they trying to get the last available Citi bike? (or whatever it's called?) What prompted one of them to film the exchange?

@starlooker6612 “parents” plural ? I assume that was a typo by you. Unless you meant foster parents .

Don't get me wrong. I fully support the woman and I think these young men are scumbag thugs, but I also feel that people are rallying behind this woman because of her being pregnant and being a woman. There have been plenty of other videos like this where an interaction was taken out of context and another white was demonized and labeled as racist.
