  2. Remember when Congressman Mark Foley (R-FL) was found to be sexting a 16 year-old male intern? Rush Limbaugh tried defending Foley by mentioning that the age of consent in D.C. was 16 -- which was true, however the age of consent in Foley's home state of Florida was 18. And who would try defending something like that even if it was technically legal? On top of that, Foley himself had a record of anti-gay legislation.
