  1. Do people EVER take personal responsibility for ANYTHING anymore? Instead of suing, this woman should be thankful that a worker happened to be standing in the exact right spot at the right time to catch her falling daughter, otherwise she would've lost TWO children and not just one.

  2. Not “pure” negligence, more like GROSS negligence. The woman is the one who should be getting sued. How do you allow not just one but THREE small children out of your sight to play around an escalator?!
